Back labelled April A and I think it is Aprille Arrington Alexander from comparing another photo of her. Photo was from Kelcy Photo And Art Shop in Blowing Rock, NC. It was purchased from the estate sale of her brother

There were a couple of similar photos and one was labelled "Heath". It was purchased from the estate sale of Charles Heath Alexander (1 August 1927 – 22 December 2004). I believe he is with sister Aprille.
