Mr. Blalock and his family moved to Atlanta in 1938. He worked with General Motors Doraville Plant. Mr. Blalock worked in the automobile business until entering real estate in 1972. In 1973, Eulas was the only residential real estate agent to make the Gwinnett County Million Dollar Club. He was an active member in many real estate associations and groups working to make real estate his profession. Subsequently, Mr. Blalock became a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club, finally retiring in 1990, to spend the time with his family.
Mr. Blalock was preceded in death by Della Carter Blalock, his wife of 58 years. He was a member of Northwoods Baptist Church and attended Bethany Christian Center in Loganville.
He is survived by daughters, Sylvia B. Clower, Sandra B. Ireland, sons and daughters-in-law, Eulas L. and Jeanie R. Blalock, Jr., Colin E. and Jessica M. Blalock, all of Metro Atlanta; brother and sister-in-law, Herbert and Lula Mae Blalock of Gainesville; six grandchildren, one great-grandson.
Funeral services were held in the Tim Stewart Funeral Home Snellville Chapel. Dr. John Casoria officiated. interment followed in Eternal Hills Memory Gardens, Snellville.
