Lillie Belle Lester was the oldest child of Robert Jackson Lester and Virginia Lee Prescott. She had two younger siblings, Minnie Belle Lester who married Howard Garnett Smith and Claude Caldwell Lester who never married. Lillie married Ferd Wadlington also of Caldwell County and they had two children; Laura Lee Wadlington and Dorothy Dale Wadlington. Lillie died in Florida and was buried there, even though her name is on the gravestone beside her husband's in the Cedar Hill Cemetery in Princeton, KY.
