Wife of James Henry Carver. Daughter of Adam Mitchell Wright and his second wife, Elizabeth Harper Ridgell. Bell was first married to Edgar Avery Edwards on 28 June 1906 in (Robersson?),Carter, Oklahoma. In 1910 the family lived in Hope, Stephens County, Oklahoma. They had three children, Haskell Benjamin (1907), Letcher Mitchell (1912) and Edgar Avery Jr. (1914). Edgar died in 1914.

Mrs. Carver lived with her first husband in Hope, Stevens County, Oklahoma in 1910 and with her brother Charlie C. Wright after the death of Edgar in 1920 in Parks Township, Stephens County, Oklahoma.

Henry and Bell (as they preferred to be called) were married in 1921 and had five children, James Milton (id: 43666934), Susie Elizabeth, Thurman, Mellard Ray and Charles Wilburn. The family is enumerated on the 1930 and 1940 Census for Granite, Greer, Oklahoma.
