at Caldwell, Idaho, Sept. 19
Funeral service for Henry Clayton Basey, 57, who died Thursday, September 19, 1946, at his home in the Riverside community, where he had resided for 28 years, was held at the Peckham-Dakan chapel (sic), Monday September 23, at 2:30 p.m. Interment was made at Cloverdale, Idaho.
Basey was born September 13, 1889, at Geneva, Nebraska, and in 1913 he moved to Idaho where he made his home.
Survivors include his wife, Clara, of Riverside; four sons, Everett, George, Robert and Donald, all of Caldwell; three daughters, Mrs. Viola Peterson, Mrs. Ruth Engelhorn and Mrs. Marie Fry, all of Caldwell; seven grandchildren; six brothers, Wood and Earl Basey of Edgar, Nebraska, Harry of Sanger, Colorado, Dave and Wert of Grandview, Idaho, and Bert Basey of Nampa.---Caldwell, Idaho, News-Tribune.
