William W. Cornwell, 78, of Vincennes route 5, died at his home at 12:30 a.m. Saturday. Surviving are the widow, Mary Cornwell, four sons, Charles, Lester and Clarence Cornwell of Vincennes, and Raymond Cornwell of East Prairie, Mo., and two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Hartsbury and Mrs Dorothy Rose of Vincennes; a sister, Mrs Nellie Bourkey of Bloomington, and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. The body is at the Stocker funeral home where friends may call after 3 p.m. Sunday. Funeral services will be conducted from the Pentecostal Church at Beal at 2 p.m. Monday, Rev. Conrad McGill officiating. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery.∼Son of John & Jane(Rogers) Cornwell.
