Oklahoma Marriage Record for 9 Jul 1923 he is listed as 29 years old. US Military Headstone Applications: 17 May 1895 (was typed as 1896 but crossed out). US Social Security: 17 May 1896. US World War I Registration: 17 May 1895. US World War II Registration: 17 May 1894. His parents, Edward D Rother and Julie Dean were in 1894 in Texas. His brother George Matt Rother was 8 Nov 1896 putting only 6 months between them.
