Margaret Mae "Maggie" Farmer was the daughter of Rev. Robert and California "Callie" Sims Farmer.

She had 14 children with her husband Daniel Edgar Griffith, Ida Gertrude (1906-1993), Arthur Edgar (1907-1961), Millard Oakley (1909-1994), Florence Lucille (1911-2003), Callie Ramola (1912-1998), Floyd (1914-1914), Martha Evelyn (1915-1999), Robert Madison (Twin: 1917-1987), Ruth Madelyn (Twin: 1917-2001), Margaret Marcella (1919-1997), Lula Mae (1921-1988), Harold Marion (1923-2009), Virgil Edward (1927-2013) and Mona Lee (1930-2013).

She was not buried with her husband in the Coalton Cemetery in Jackson County, she is buried here, in the Evergreen Cemetery with her son Virgil. Please see notes on headstone photo's. (I'm not sure what her wishes were but I've heard that Virgil was very protective of her and wanted her to be buried next to him.)

Gravesite Details

In the headstone photo by TheDonL, the death information is missing for Margaret, because she wasn't buried there. She was buried in the Evergreen cemetery across the road with her son Virgil. Kinsel-Konnection has the correct headstone photo.
