OBITUARY
Thad Albright Biard, 73, a retired Air Force officer, died Friday at a North Richland Hills hospital. Mr. Biard was born Nov. 11, 1921, in Paris, Texas to parents John Sheb Biard and Hazel Alliene Albright. He grew up in Paris and had lived in North Richland Hills since 1961. He was a retired Air Force officer from Carswell Air Force Base and an engineer at General Dynamics.
Mr. Biard served on the North Richland Hills Zoning Board and was a member of the Woodman of the World and the B-58 Hustler Reunion Group.
Survivors: Three sons, John Biard of Weatherford, James Biard and Jack Biard, both of Fort Worth; daughter, Dorothy Biard of Washington, D.C.; sister, Jane Kostiuk of Dallas; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
