Mrs. Anderson with her husband came to Louisiana in the winter of 1881 and settled near Arcadia. They moved to Winnfield in 1906. At that time they were making their home with their son, Earnest. While visiting with her husband in Texas in the summer of 1909, her husband died and was buried in that state.
