Jonathan Turner Wilson-
The Death Angel came into our home and called our loving companion and father home to God. He was the son of Jesse and Malita Ann Wilson, was born in Amite County, Dec 20, 1869. He was married to Sallie Dora Williams April 17, 1890. He united with Line Creek Church and was baptized Aug. 7, 1887, and there he remained a member until the Death Angel came and carried him safely home to God, Feb 1, 1936.
His afflictions were long and severe, but the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away.....He leaves to mourn his going, a lonely companion, two children, a boy and a girl, one devoted grandchild, one brother, one sister, other relatives and a host of friends. The funeral services were held in the home conducted by Rev. W. R. Cutrer, assisted by Rev. Delaughter. The body was laid to rest in the family cemetery. Kennedy funeral home in charge.
