Jack D. Mullinax, 54, Parkersburg, died Tuesday, April 17, 1990 at 7:31 p.m. at Welborn Baptist Hospital in Evansville, Ind.
Arrangements are being handled by Ingram Funeral Home in West Salem.
Services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home, with Rev. Melody Brawley officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Parkersburg. Visitation will be Thursday 6-8 p.m. with a Masonic service at 7 p.m.
Mr. Mullinax was born in Richland County, March 5, 1936, the son of Harry and Bonnie (Miller) Mullinax. He married Wanda Tucker at the Parkersburg United Methodist Church June 6, 1954. She survives in Parkersburg.
He was a meat cutter and a member of the Parkersburg United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Parkersburg Masonic Lodge #509.
Surviving, in addition to his spouse, are one son, Greg Mullinax, Parkersburg; one daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Cynda) Rudolphi, Parkersburg; one brother, Jimmy Mullinax, Calif.; two grandchildren, one niece and one nephew.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
