Fred N. Boos, 75 Ohio Ave., S.W., Huron, died Tuesday at the age of 84.
The funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday at the Welter Funeral Home with the Rev. John Oliver officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery.
Mr. Boos was born 21 Nov 1886, at Virgil, to Ferdinand & Sophia Boos. He moved to Huron at the age of six and has lived here since. He was employed as a carpenter until his retirement.
He married Eddy Black at Osmond, Nebraska, 14 Jun 1909.
Survivors include his widow, two sons, two daughters, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Mr. Boos was preceded in death by his parents. He was a member of First Baptist Church.
