SIDNEY — Ruth Molineux, 83, of Willow Street, Sidney, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2003, at The Hospital, Sidney.
She was born on Aug. 1, 1919, in Bridgeport, Conn., the daughter of the late Joseph and Lillian Young Beaulieu.
On Aug. 7, 1937, she married Edward Molineux in Newport. He predeceased her on May 17, 1991.
She is survived by three daughters and a son, two sisters, Doris Gallagher and Jean Tremper, both of Oneonta; 14 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; six stepgrandchildren; 16 stepgreat-grandchildren; one stepgreat-great-grandchild; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 31, 2003, from the C.H. Landers Funeral Chapel, 21 Main St., Sidney.
Burial will be held at the convenience of her family in the Oneonta Plains Cemetery, Oneonta.
