Elias Buel WALKER was born in Vermont, the son of John WALKER and Sarah FITCH. He grew up in Clinton County, NY. He married Evaline S. GRISWOLD about 1827, in Lockport, NY. They settled in Berrien county, Michigan, about 1832.
Evaline died in 1851 and Elias remarried Emely Osborn Tryon, and lived in Hamilton, Van Buren Co., until his death.
He had a third marriage to Mrs Adaline Marble Shepard.
