Berryman and Susan's tombstone is NOT the original. Someone in the, I would guess, the 1930's or 1940's (perhaps a little later) replaced their original tombstones. Berryman's death date, too, is incorrect. He is listed in the 1870 federal mortality schedule which means you died BEFORE June 1st, 1870 -- so he absolutely died September of 1869.
