Louise A. Johnson, age 92, a lifetime resident of Carterville, passed away at 7:30 p.m. September 8, 2010 at the Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Lockwood, MO.

Mrs. Johnson was born December 23, 1917 in Webb City to George and Maggie (Baldwin) Mann.
Louise was a homemaker and a member of the Freewill Baptist Church.
She married Hollis Johnson February 21, 1937 in Carterville. He preceded her in death February 28, 1994.
Survivors include sons, Bobby Johnson of Carterville, Hollis Richard Johnson of Greenfield; daughters, Jean Wallace of Tulsa and Betty Russell of Howell, NJ; 11 Grandchildren, 21 Great Grandchildren and 5 Great Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Johnson will be 2:00 P.M. Monday at the Simpson Funeral Home in Webb City, with Rev. Jim Williams officiating. Burial will follow at the Ozark Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until the service time. Friends may call after 8:00 a.m. Monday.
