Charles H. McGinnis, of 302 North Winnetka, a resident of Dallas for the last five years, died suddenly Friday morning. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Mattie McGinnis; two sons C. L. of Dallas and O. P. of Terrell, Texas; three daughters, Mrs. Kathleen Bullock, Mrs. W. R. Rutland, and Miss Ruth McGinnis, all of Dallas; three sisters and two brothers. Services at Lamar & Smith Chapel, 4 :30 p.m. Saturday with the Rev. Mr. Fuller of Grand Prairie Church officiating, burial in New Oak Cliff Cemetery. The Landmark Masonic Lodge in charge of services at the grave. Pallbearers: A. N. Rodgers, W. A. Hock, C. A. Jones, A. Anderson, W. M. F. Kieserick, and C. A. Lindquest.
