Wendy Ann Marsh Devine, 35, of Owensboro died Friday, August 27, 2010. She was born in Owensboro on June 13, 1975 to the late Mary Ann Parker Marsh who preceded her in death on April 22, 2006 and her father, Jerry Marsh, on August 27, 2010. She attended First General Baptist Church, promoted several Earth Day Events, and enjoyed music and spending time with her boys. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sons, Jerry Elliott Devine and Jonathan Ryan Devine; and her Maternal Grandfather, G.I. Parker.
Survivors include her husband, Ryan, a step-son, parents-in-law, mother-in-law, uncles, a brother, and second cousins, Robert and Doris.
