BETTY F. BASHAM, 73, of Huntington died Thursday in Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was a retired professional secretary and owner of Home Décor Service, Charleston. Survivors include one daughter, Nancy Ward Balderose of Pittsburgh; three sisters, Ruth Adkins, Janet Thacker and Pat Baumgardner, all of Huntington; and one brother, Charles "Buddy" Jenkins Jr. of Huntington. Funeral 11 a.m. Tuesday at Ferrell Funeral Home Chapel, Huntington; burial in Spring Hill Cemetery.
