Mrs. David F. Anderson
Ida Mossholder was born in Indiana on December 13, 1861, and died July 14, 1939, at her home in Lincoln at her home in Lincoln at the age of 77. She was married in 1877 to Dr David Frank Anderson and three children were born to them, the eldest, William, dying at the age of 16. The others are Mrs. Maude Caldwell of Lincoln and Dr. Frank Anderson of San Jose, California.
Dr. and Mrs. Anderson lived in Edgar, where he practiced medicine for nearly 50 years. He died about 14 years ago, after which Mrs. Anderson moved to Lincoln and conducted a rooming house at 27th and P, until heath caused her to retire. She arranged to be taken care of in the home of Arthur Koch, where the minister of the Fourth Presbyterian church (sic) often called. She was always looking on the bright side and was always getting better. Mrs. Anderson was for many yaers (sic) a member of the Methodist church (sic) at Edgar.
besides her daughter and son, there are two grandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Maggie Johnston of Billings, Mont., two brothers, Will Mossholder of Pasadena. Calif., and George Mossholder of Long Beach, Calif., a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were conducted at Splain, Schnell & Griffiths July 16 by Dr William F. Perry. Burial was at Edgar.---Sunday Lincoln papers.
