ANDERSON: Mrs. Lucy C. Anderson

Mrs. Lucy C. Anderson, age 97 of Roswell, formerly of Dunwoody, died March 16, 2003.

Mrs. Anderson was a charter member of Dunwoody Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. W. L. Anderson, former pastor of the church.

She is survived by daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn and Edwin Parker, Roswell and Jane and Clarence Autry, Dunwoody; son and daughter-in-law, Walter K. and Alvi Anderson, Dunwoody; sister, Kathryne Carpenter, Dunwoody; 9 grandchildren, 14 great- grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Mrs. Anderson is also survived by the members of the Ruth Sunday School Class of Dunwoody Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2003 at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Dunwoody Baptist Church. Dr. R. D. Spear and Rev. James Meriwether officiating. Interment, New Hope Cemetery in Dunwoody.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 6 to 8 PM and on Tuesday from 10 to 11 AM at Dunwoody Baptist Church. Northside Chapel Funeral Directors, Roswell/Alpharetta, 770/645-1414.
