Granville was the son of Randall and Jane Henry Zinn. He and Florence were married at Hannibal, Marion County, Missouri, on July 23, 1885. Their children were George, Joseph Henry, Madge, Jessie, Fay L., and Lida.

Funeral of Granville M. Zinn.
Funeral services for Granville M. Zinn, 89 years old, who died yesterday at his home, 3011 East Seventh street, will be held at 3:30 o’clock Thursday at the Blackman chapel, 2825 Independence boulevard. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Florence Zinn of the home; two sons, George G. Zinn, Houston, Tex., and Joe H. Zinn, 4216 Jefferson street, and four daughters, Mrs. E. B. Garrison, Houston, Tex., Mrs. E. C. Garrison, Coffeyville, Kas., and Mrs. R. A. Ezell and Mrs. F. A. Summers, both of the home.
