HINKLE, Tula Martha Phillips Quesenberry, 93, of McGill Village, Pulaski, and formerly of Dugspur, died early Thursday morning, April 3, 1997, in the Pulaski Health Care Center.

She was born in Floyd County on January 1, 1904, and was the daughter of the late Braxton Phillips and Mary Elizabeth Quesenberry Phillips.
She was also preceded in death by her husbands, Freddie Quesenberry and Stacy Hinkle; and also by two daughters, Mary Lou DeLaura and Virginia Dalton.

Surviving are two daughters, Ethelene Quesenberry, Pulaski, Pauline Q. Seigo, Bristol, Tenn.;
three sons, Paul Hinkle, Las Vegas, Nev., Fred Hinkle, Roanoke, William (Bill) Hinkle, Dublin;
two brothers, Roosevelt Phillips, Vinton, Nottie Phillips, Willis;
14 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. from the Stevens Funeral Chapel, Pulaski, with the Rev. C. R. Conner officiating.

Burial will follow in the Mitchell's Chapel Cemetery, Dugspur.

Visiting will be Friday at Stevens Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Arrangements by Stevens Funeral Home, Inc., Pulaski.
