William married Mary Rose Morrow circa 1933. William and Mary had TWO children during their marriage:

Ralph William Clement (1934-living) and
Robert Wallace "Wallie" Clement (1935-2005).

William passed away on 24 May 1970 in Palacios, Matagorda County, Texas, and was buried at the Palacios Cemetery.
