Survived by her beloved husband Mark Chaldekas; children Matthew and Jennifer; parents James and Barbara Hamilton; brothers James (Kathy) Hamilton, Greg Hamilton and Tim Hamilton; sister Melanie (Gary) Strange; father-in-law William Chaldekas; sisters-in-law Beth (Jim) Cameron, and Lynn (Rick) Leibler; brother-in-law Bill (Dahlia) Chaldekas; also survived by numerous cousins; cherished nieces; nephews; and many dear friends.
Tina was preceded in death by her mother-in-law Fay Chaldekas.
A Funeral Service will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 404 E. Liberty, Milford, Saturday at 12 p.m. Pastor Steven Swayze will officiate. Burial Milford Memorial Cemetery. Friends may visit Friday 2 to 9 p.m.
