Leesville - Bobby David Shealy, 73, passed away Thursday, September 2, 2010. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, September 5, at Mt. Hebron Lutheran Church, with internment in church cemetery with the Rev. Timothy Sharpe and the Rev. Al Potter officiating. Pallbearers will be Neal Shealy, Bryan Adams, Kevin Shealy, Jason Shealy, Justin Schlau, Austin Schlau and Matthew Warren. Mr. Shealy was born in Leesville, SC, to the late J.S.L. Shealy and Lillian Derrick Shealy. He was a member of Mt. Hebron Lutheran Church. He was a retired textile worker. Surviving are his wife, Sara Adams Shealy; sons and daughter-in-law, Adam Shealy, Tim (JoAnn) Shealy; daughters and sons-in-law, Felicia (Brian) Schlau, Leslian (Gary) Warren; brother, Bruce Shealy; sister, Mary Price; grandchildren, Kelly, Justin and Austin Schlau, Rebecca Merry, Kevin and Jason Shealy, Garianne and Matthew Warren; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Christian Schlau. Family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Saturday, September 4, in the Milton Shealy Funeral Home chapel, other times at his home. Memorials can be made to Mt. Hebron Lutheran Church, 2347 Summerland Hwy., Leesville, SC 29070, or the American Heart Association, 500 Gervais St., Suite 300, Columbia, SC 29201.
