Millersburg - Donna Marie Hitchcock, 81, of Millersburg, passed away Tuesday morning, Sept. 25, 2007, at her residence following a short illness. A memorial graveside service will be Saturday, Oct. 27, at 11 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery in Millersburg with Trevor Littleton officiating. Arrangements are being handled by Alexander Funeral Home, Millersburg. Family suggests memorial contributions be made to Lighthouse Love Center, 163 East Adams St., Millersburg 44654. She was born April 25, 1926, in Millersburg and was the daughter of Clifford Payne and Gladys (Wachtel) Allison. On May 17, 1946, she married Robert W. Hitchcock and he preceded her in death May 14, 1990. She was a member of Millersburg Christian Church, a member of the Eastern Star and a life member of the Millersburg American Legion Auxiliary Unit 192. She is survived by a sister-in-law, Marilyn Allison of Millersburg; several nieces and nephews; and numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews, who all loved her very much. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert; and two brothers, Robert P. Allison and Gary D. Allison.
