Myrtle O. Parker was the daughter of Jonathon L. and Hannah O. McAnally Parker. She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in Burnet, Texas, in 1913 and became a school teacher. She taught in many of the local schools before her death in 1924. She was never married.
