On June, 20, 1917, he married Edna Lenz. The couple lived on a farm in Wisconsin for five years but later moved to Maywood, Ill., where he was engaged in the real estate and brokerage business for the past twenty-three years.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a son, Vernon, a daughter, Marian, and a grandchild, all of Maywood, and three brothers, Ben, of Eagle Bend, Minn., Harry, of Kasson, Minn., and Arthur, of Long Beach, Calif.
