Funeral services for Tice Robbins, 81, retired Cookeville businessman, who died Tuesday morning at the Cookeville General Hospital after a long illness, were conducted Wednesday afternoon at the Broad St. Church of Christ with Bro. Gilbert Shaffer officiating. Burial was in the City Cemetery. Whitson Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Robbins was a native of Pickett County and had been a resident of Cookeville for 43 years.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Emen West Robbins; three sons, Douglas Robbins, Detroit, Ryman Robbins, Chicago, and Morris Robbins, Cookeville; one daughter, Mrs. P. B. Teecpcl. Arcadia, CA; four grandchildren, Morris Lee, Jr. and Louisa Robbins, Cookeville; Richard Robbins, Arcadia, and Lina Robbins, Chicago; one brother, Willis Robbins, Monterey; and two sisters, Mrs. O. L. Jared, Cookeville,
and Mary Brown, Monterey.
