She was born April 3, 1927 in Shadyside, Ohio the daughter of Charles O. and Mary E. Lashley Hepburn.
Isabell was a homemaker, member of the Lincoln Avenue United Methodist Church and the Order of Eastern Star 581 Shadyside Chapter.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Dunning on May 31, 2001 and two brothers, Glenn and James Hepburn.
Surviving are her daughter, Denise L. Hoskinson and her husband, David of Shadyside, Ohio, two grandchildren, Kimberly Parker and her husband, Zac and Eric Hoskinson all of Shadyside, Ohio. Also several nieces and nephews.
