David was born to Emanuel Sr. and Mary "Weber" Brower in Chester,Pa.. Married Catherine "Geiger"Brower 21 Oct,1807
at Frederick,Maryland.They are the parents of 11 children. David was a Veteran of the War of 1812. He served in Capt. O'Dells Volunteers Regiment. He died 23 Nov.,1833 and was
a farmer by trade, purchasing a Patent Land Deed on the Ohio
Military Seven Ranges, issued on a sheepskin deed in 1817.
David accumulated 420 Acres of what is now Leesville Lake.
