Fletcher (Staff0 -- Nora D. Williams, 77, died at 3:10 am [on] Tuesday [17 Dec 1974] in a Lawton[, Oklahoma] hospital following a brief illness.
Funeral will be a 2 pm [on] Thursday [19 Dec 1974] at the First Baptist Church with A. L. Swagerty, pastor, officiating. Burials will be in [the] Fletcher Cemetery under the direction of Robbins Funeral Home.
Mrs. Williams was born [on] Aug[ust] 16, 1897 in Montague County, Tex[as]. She moved to east of Shawnee[, Oklahoma] as a young girl and came to Cyril[, Oklahoma] in 1908. She was married to Curg Williams [on] Nov[ember] 18, 1914 in Anadarko[, Oklahoma]. They moved to Fletcher[, Oklahoma] in 1918.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church and the Fletcher chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star No. 249.
Survivors include her husband of the home; two sons: Carl Williams [of] Fletcher[, Oklahoma] and Cecil Williams [of] Guyman[, Oklahoma]; a sister: Mrs. Eva Johnson [of] Emmet, Idaho; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
