Brumfield III, Virgil Nolan
Virgil Nolan Brumfield III, 60, of Louisville, died Tuesday, May 25, 2004. He was the retired owner and operator of the Nearly New Tire Co. and a Navy veteran of the Cuban Missle Crisis. Survivors include a daughter, Shannon Brumfield; sons, Steven S. and Virgil N. Brumfield IV; sisters, Dottie Lay and Georgetta Hudspeth; brother, George Brumfield; and three grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 29, 2004, at Arch L. Heady & Son, 1201 E. Oak St., with interment in St. Stephen's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Friday.
