Ralph married Margaret "Maggie" Clements on 29 December 1897 in Refugio County, Texas. Ralph and Maggie had ONE daughter during their marriage:

Mary Rose Morrow-Clement (1899-1946).

Ralph passed away on 4 November 1956, and was buried at Palacios City Cemetery, Matagorda County, Texas.
