He graduated from the 11th grade with a scholarship to Morehouse College, where he received his Bachelors Degree. He obtained his Masters Degree in Sociology from Clark University. He was featured in Ebony Magazine for being the smartest African-American male in Chattanooga. He was also featured in a Black History commercial sponsored by McDonalds.
He was dearly admired and loved by family and friends.
Keaon was preceded in death by his mother, Glovenda Thompson.
He is survived by his father, Roger Robinson, and stepfather, Ronald Thompson; six sisters, Rozenia Thompson, Nickey Rivers, Roslyn Robinson, Shunta Mathis, Chelsea Robinson, Ginger Ogustafson; two brothers, Tkherrazzi Thompson and Miachi Robinson, all of Chattanooga; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday at Ruth Cofer Cemetery

The name is spelled two ways on the memorial. #1 was a copy from the newspaper, #2 was his grave marker. I think the newspaper is correct.
