Mrs. Jennie H. Labhardt, 73 died at 5:08 am today in her home on W.Wood street where she had been ill two years. Funeral services will be held at 4 pm Wednesday in the Dawson chapel with burial in Fairlawn cemetery.
She came to Decatur three months after her birth on Nov. 28, 1865 in Freeport and had lived here since that time. She was married to Gus Labhardt whom she leaves along with a son,Fred, two sisters, Minnie and Katherine Wedel and 2 grandchildren all of Decatur.
She was a member of St.Pauls Lutheran church and active in its society.
