Prudence Marie Drake passed away on October 13, 1974. She was the second daughter born to Frank Maxwell Pfeiffer and Mary Theodoshie Benson Johnson on April 21, 1908 in Hesperus, La Plata, Colorado.
She attended Mount Saint Mary's Academy in Grass Valley, California with her sister, Julia Treene Pfeiffer, while growing up. She played the violin well enough to solo in the Commencement Exercise on June 25, 1919.
She married Albert Beyer and they had two children, Frank Alwin and Debra Jean. Later, she remarried to Bert Drake.
