Widow of Richard Allen Bell Had Been Ill 8 Weeks at Home of Her Son.
INTERMENT WILL BE IN KENTUCKY ON WEDNESDAY
Mrs. Ida Bell, age 73 years, widow of Richard Allen Bell, expired Monday morning at 8:55 o’clock at the home of her son, Jesse Bell, in Union township. She had been ill for about eight weeks and a complication of diseases caused her death. Mrs. Bell had resided in Rush county for many years. Her husband preceded her in death April, 1924. Besides the son, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Katie Webb of Cincinnati, and Mrs. Birdie Judy of Shelbyville; two sisters, Mrs. Nettie Falconer of Georgetown, Ky., and Mrs. Euba Harrod of Eastwood, Ky.; one brother, O. C. Kenney of Owenton, Ky.; seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren. She was a member of the Ben Davis Christian church. Funeral services will be held Tuesday evening at eight o’clock at the late residence with the Rev. W. R. Crawley of Falmouth in charge. The cortege will leave Wednesday morning for Frankfort, Ky., where short services will be conducted at the grave. Friends may call at the home anytime.
