OBIT:
Mr. Larkin Chumley, an estimable citizen of this locality, died suddenly at his home on Sunday while his family were at dinner in the 81st year of his age. His funeral was preached Monday morning by Rev. W.B. McGarity, of the Baptist church, of which deceased was a member, after which the remains were buried in the family buying ground. He leaves a wife and twelve children to mourn his loss.
