Katherine E. Jones 81 of Pineville passed away at Grace Community Home August 11, 2009.
Services for Katherine E. Jones will be at 2:00 P.M Thursday, August 13, 2009 in the Chapel of Forest Lawn Funeral Home Ball, LA. with Reverend Tim Hisaw officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Mrs. Jones is survived by her husband Beach Pete Jones; son Donald G. Bennett (Amy); daughters Lori Shaw (Mark), Djuana White; brother Dennis Taylor (Annabell); sister Gloria Powell; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Mrs. Jones was a retired school teacher after 32 years, a contractor for the USPS, a member of the Eastern Star, Am Vets and Tioga First Baptist Church.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 13, 2009 from 4 PM until 9 PM at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Ball, LA.

Pallbearers will be Kelly Cooper, Mark Shaw, Jacob White, Ricky Powell, Chase Powell and Bill Powell.
