Funeral services were held at 4:30 p.m. Monday in the Callaway Memorial Chapel, with Rev. Albert Higginbotham officiating. Burial was in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Pallbearers were Glynn Millican, Wayne Maddux, Louie Turner, Don Woodard, Charles Millican and Billy Millican.
Survivors include the wife, Mrs. Annie Turner of Crockett; four daughters, Mrs. Ella Mae Millican of Crockett, Mrs. J. W. Woodard of Fort Worth and Mrs. Henry Hurtt and Mrs. Ben McGee, both of Houston; a son, R. L. Turner Jr.of Levelland; 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
