She was born March 13, 1906 in West Fork, Arkansas to William Z. and Malisa Center Caughman.
She attended the Christian Church and was a homemaker.
She was the widow of George Underhill.
She is survived by two sons, George Underhill Jr. of Springdale and Rex Underhill of Winslow; four daughters, Mrs. Charlene Royal of Winslow, Mrs. Lucille Noland, Mrs. Helen Strode and Mrs. Maxine Welkley, all of Springdale; one sister, Mrs. Tony Rosebeary of Altmont, Kansas; 16 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was at Sisco Chapel in Springdale with the Rev. Donald Walker officiating. Burial was in Mineral Springs Cemetery in West Fork.
Pallbearers were Steven Welkley, Andy Welkley, Ronald Strode, Michael Underhill and Jay Underhill.
