JOHN PATTERSON FORMAN, 83, of Nichols died Sunday night at Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, Pa. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Martha DeGroat Forman. He was a member of Westbrook Lodge 333, F&AM, of Nichols, for 54 years. The body was moved to the Sutfin Funeral Chapel, Nichols, where friends may call today from 7 to 9 p. m.
