Addie Pearl Birdwell, 88, died Monday, August 9, 2010. Funeral services were Thursday, August 12, at 11 a.m. at Dilday-Carter Funeral Home with Bro. Dan Winkler officiating. Burial followed in Carroll Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Birdwell was born May 20, 1922 in Henderson County to the late Gideon Massey and Hessie (Lewis) Massey. She was a homemaker and member of the Huntingdon Church of Christ. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd W. Birdwell; and two sisters, Charlene Woody and Madelyn Nesbitt.
Survivors include: two daughters, Sandra Bonds of Nashville and Gail Geibel of Huntingdon; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
