Mr. Cullen was born to Walter and Susie Cullen in Greenleaf, Idaho.
He spent his early years in Nebraska, moving in 1935 to Klamath Falls, where he lived until retiring and moving to Ashland.
He later moved to Medford.
Mr. Cullen was a head equipment operator.
He enjoyed fishing, organic gardening, ballroom and square dancing, playing pinochle, and music.
Survivors include his wife, Julia (Gigler) Cullen; sister, Doris Ash of Klamath Falls, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Bray, and his brother, Forest "Frosty" Cullen.
