Born in Lancaster, she was a daughter of Frederick J. Hausch and the late Florence (Negley) Hausch.

She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Lancaster.

A. was a member of the Lutheran Church Women, the U.R.W., and the National Association of Retired Federal Employees.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband: Clayton Stamm in 1973.

A. is survived by her four step-children; her father at home; and, her sister: Catherine H. (Theodore I.) Child of Lancaster.
