CLARKSBURG — Marc A. Gibbs, age 29, of North View, Clarksburg, WV, departed this life on Wednesday, March 31, 2010.
He was born in Clarksburg, WV, on Oct. 4, 1980, a son of Michael Gibbs and Mary (Carroll) Gibbs of North View.
Surviving are his wife, Angela (Burr) Gibbs; one daughter, Abigail Rose Gibbs, at home; one stepson, Evan Lamm, also at home; two brothers, Michael Gibbs Jr., Shinnston, WV, and Mathew Gibbs, Spelter, WV; one sister, Michele Hess, Reynoldsville, WV; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Chelsea Rose Gibbs; maternal grandparents, Charles and Mary Goff Carroll; and a paternal grandfather, Maynard Gibbs.
There is no visitation, and a private graveside service will be held at the Greenlawn Masonic Cemetery.
