McCALL - Albert Bruce McCall, 91, died Friday, September 28, 2001 at Glenvue Nursing Home in Glenville. The Tattnall county native lived in Brunswick and Jacksonville for 42 years returning to Tattnall County in 1996. He was retired from Jacksonville Sheriffs Office as a supervisor of bailiffs. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Vivian McKendree McCall. He is survived by: daughter and son-in-law, Betty Jean (BJ) & J. Edgar Tuten of Reidsville; 2 grandchildren, W. Tracy Tuten of Cody, Wy. and Elizabeth Jean Templin of New Bern, NC; 5 great grandsons, Jakob, Jeremy and Treylan Tuten, and Bryton and Kortlyn Templin; sister, Jo Morgan of Jacksonville; brother, Lamar H. McCall, Sr. of Reidsville; daughter-in-law, Delores S. McCall of Jacksonville; many nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Graveside funeral services will be 2:00pm Monday October 1, 2001 at Lawnwood Cemetery in Kingsland, GA. Memorials may be made to: Disaster Relief Fund of the American Red Cross of donors charity of choice. McCallAnderson Funeral Home of Reidsville is in charge of the funeral arrangements.
